The multi-function appliance can handle the following: blanching, boiling, steaming, poaching, keeping warm, steeping, regenerating. In short, everything you can prepare in a moist cooking medium. During preparatory work, vegetables, potatoes, dumplings, meat and fish can be cooked and kept ready to be served. Pasta dishes are prepared à la minute as boiling water is always on hand. The multi-function appliance keeps the hot plates free for other preparations. The 1/1 appliance has a useful volume of 24 litres and a connected load of just 7 kW (GN 1/2: 10 L / 4 kW) Power is controlled in a continuously variable and direct manner, allowing for accurate cooking as planned. Filling and level control are automatic. The appliance is easy to operate and functional thanks to the digital temperature display and washing zone with overflow. The special steel basin is also easy to clean thanks to the rounded transitions between the side walls and basin base.
