Cooling substructure

Mise en place within reach: cooling drawers in the cooker

Cooling substructures in the cooker block, as plug-in variant or with central cooling. If planned carefully, this isn't a problem in a 'cold' induction hob. The mise-en-place cannot be any closer to the hot plate. Yet another way of optimising work processes and improving ergonomics. We want to simplify the work you and your staff do. The cooling substructures in the cooker are planned individually and fitted with 1-3 cabins with 2 drawers each one above the other. Connecting up to an external refrigerator system saves more space in the oven substructure.
